Orders ship out from our location in Merrick, NY within 48 hours of being placed (excluding non business days). After your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If there is a problem with the ship to/bill to address placed on the order please make sure to email@example.com to correct this problem.
Once a label has been created for your shipment all cancellations will incur a 15% restocking fee. In addition, the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees for address changes or cancellations of shipments already in transit.
An adult over the age of 21 will have to be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. Any note requesting the box be left on the porch or in any other location will not be honored. We will not be able to to control the time of the day that the delivery will be attempted.
UPS will attempt to deliver the package three times. If you are not present to accept the package at any of those times or the package is refused, you will be charged an additional fee for the return.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We are only able to return an item if an item is damaged or flawed. If you receive bottles that are corked or flawed (undamaged), please contact Customer Service within 30 days of your order at (516) 992-8111 or send an email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will exchange any corked or flawed (undamaged) products or provide a refund.
If your package is damaged in transit, we will either re-ship you a new package at no additional charge (standard ground shipping) or credit your purchase back in full.
