Since 1933 Allen’s has been producing a full line of quality liqueurs schnapps and flavored brandies using the finest all natural flavors sourced from around the world to give the Allen’s line the quality you demand.

The flavor of crème de menthe is primarily derived from Corsican mint or dried peppermint which is steeped in grain alcohol for several days, to infuse the minty taste - after which, the liqueur is filtered and mixed with sugar and aged for about a month before being bottled.
