Description

Enticing and delicate aromas of dried floral, herbs and restrained, yet ripe, red fruits lead the nose.  Balanced and voluptuous, the palate shows red and black cherries, blackberry and plum which lingers into the finish, mingling with layers of savory cooking spices and hints of shaved dark chocolate.  Age for at least 5-10 years to reach its peak drinking window.
