This 2020 Shiraz has scintillating fruit intensity and layers of lush berries, exotic spice and well-judged oak; that is to say, the oak takes a supportive backseat to the fruit, where it belongs. There's enough savory extract and shaved deli meat in here to offset the sweet fruit, bringing the whole wine into balance.
